How it works

One intake form.
Every application after that is ours.

Fill in one intake form and upload your license, NPI, malpractice policy, CV and W-9 through a secure link. We check which panels are open where you practice.
Every insurer reads from CAQH. We fill in the gaps and fix the mismatches that get applications sent back, then attest it for you.
Medicare through PECOS, your state's Medicaid, and each private insurer, all within 5 business days. You e-sign where a signature is needed.
We chase every application and answer insurer requests. Each week you get one email with every status and reference number. When you're approved, you get the contract and your start date.

Who it's for

For practices opening, growing or renewing

Starting out and need several insurers at once, adding a provider or a plan, or coming up for revalidation. Same team, same flat fees.

Nurse practitioners

Going independent, adding commercial plans, or keeping Medicare, Medicaid and CAQH current.

Physicians and groups

Opening a practice, adding a new provider to the group, or getting every renewal in before it lapses.

Dentists

Joining dental PPO networks and Medicaid dental plans, and staying in them at every re-credentialing.

Why a flat fee

Pay once. Keep every claim.

Some platforms credential you for free, then take a share of every claim for years. We charge once and step away.

Renewals

Already credentialed? We handle renewals

Medicare, Medicaid and insurers drop providers whose files lapse, and getting back in can mean a closed panel or months you can't bill. We take over your renewals whether or not we credentialed you: $50 a month per provider for all of them, or $150 for a single one.

Common questions

How long does credentialing take?

Most private insurers take 2 to 4 months after a complete application. Medicare is often faster. We can't speed up an insurer's review, but complete applications and weekly follow-up keep yours from stalling. Our step-by-step credentialing guide covers each stage.

Do I own the contracts?

Yes. We apply under your own NPI and Tax ID, so every contract is between you and the insurer. We never bill for you or sit between you and your payments.

What if an insurer says no?

Some insurers close their panels in certain areas. We check before applying and tell you if one is closed, so you can choose another plan. If an application is turned down, we tell you why and what your options are.

Can you handle renewals if you didn't credential us?

Yes. We take over CAQH re-attestation, Medicare and Medicaid revalidation and insurer re-credentialing for any provider, whoever did the original credentialing. It's $50 a month per provider for all renewals, or $150 for a single one. See our recredentialing and revalidation guide for the schedule.

Do you do billing too?

No. We only do credentialing and enrollment. You keep your own biller and practice software.
